Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and professional conduct.
  • Coach, mentor and develop associates to improve product knowledge, sales technique and client retention.

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory processes, visual merchandising, and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive retail, hospitality or service experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet or exceed sales and service objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment and rapidly assimilating product knowledge.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and fulfill in-store operational duties.
  • Flexible availability to work a full-time retail schedule (30–40 hrs/week) including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
