Sephora seeks a Sales and Service Leader in Bronx, NY (Bay Plaza) — full-time hourly role ($28–$36/hr) leading store sales and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to drive sales, client conversion and loyalty program enrollment at the store level
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members to elevate service standards and individual performance
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through expert product recommendations and personalised service
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives including product training and brand activations
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that reinforces Sephora’s service and safety policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or customer service environments
  • Proven ability to coach teams, drive measurable sales results and deliver outstanding client service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Experience

At least 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service setting with a track record of coaching teams, achieving sales targets and managing day-to-day store operations; prior beauty retail experience preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certifications in retail management, business or cosmetology preferred.
