Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to drive store sales and deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised recommendations and expert product knowledge.
- Coach, develop and motivate associates to meet individual and team performance objectives, providing regular feedback and training.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising standards, and adherence to company policies.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, ensuring team competency in service excellence and loyalty program engagement.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes teamwork, punctuality and a client-first culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-service environment.

- Demonstrable strong sales aptitude and client service orientation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presence.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment with a track record of driving sales and developing teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or beauty-related certifications preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 29 per hour.
