The Sales and Service Leader leads and develops store teams, drives sales and client engagement, supports training and daily operations, and upholds Sephora’s service and store standards. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 30–40 hours per week, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
- Drive store performance through client engagement, product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to improve team performance.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise and brand initiatives.
- Assist with inventory, visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Uphold company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours; remain available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends and holidays; demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment; minimum 3 years of experience.
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Strong sales and client service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Full-time availability of 30–40 hours per week.
