Sephora seeks Sales and Service Leader in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Lead teams, drive retail success, $24–$27.50/hr, full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and support continuous learning
  • Support store onboarding programs covering service excellence, loyalty initiatives, product expertise, and brand campaigns
  • Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards compliance
  • Foster an inclusive, empowering team culture where all employees feel valued and supported
  • Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience for all clients
  • Maintain flexibility to work during peak retail periods including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
