Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modeling exceptional client service and high-performance behaviors.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate product knowledge, service excellence and sales effectiveness.
- Drive store sales and conversion through personalized client engagement, recommendations, and loyalty program activation.
- Support onboarding, continuous learning and execution of brand initiatives, trainings and promotions.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and maintenance of Sephora standards.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping environment compliant with company policies.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service-driven environment.
- Proven ability to coach teams to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Fast learner with aptitude for acquiring and sharing product knowledge and new processes.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required in store operations.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service; demonstrable track record of coaching teams, driving sales, and delivering high-quality client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail or beauty-related fields is a plus.
