Sephora Bellevue, WA seeks a Sales and Service Leader to drive store performance and client experiences. Full-time, hourly $28–$32/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire and motivate the sales floor team, reinforcing service standards and brand values.
- Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate client experience, product knowledge and sales performance.
- Drive store sales through expert client engagement, personalized recommendations and execution of promotional initiatives.
- Support onboarding, training and certification in product lines, loyalty programs and service protocols.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain reliable scheduling and staffing coverage; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment.
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to meet or exceed sales and service objectives.
- Demonstrated excellence in client service, interpersonal communication and conflict resolution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting and adapting to changing priorities.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/active duties for extended periods.
- Availability to work 30–40 hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or hospitality is preferred.
