Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and empowerment
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and support continuous learning
- Support onboarding and training in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining Sephora store standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
