Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals through coaching and collaboration
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team member performance and support continuous learning
  • Support onboarding and training in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
  • Execute daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards
  • Foster an inclusive and welcoming culture where all team members feel empowered and valued
  • Uphold Sephora company policies and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for all clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve sales and service goals
