Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to inspire, coach and empower store team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets
- Drive sales performance through active client engagement, expert product recommendations and personalised service
- Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback, development and support for onboarding and continuous learning
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and maintenance of store standards
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and ensure adherence to company policies and a safe shopping environment
- Maintain reliable availability and scheduling coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or service experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibility
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop front-line teams to achieve sales and service objectives
- Strong sales acumen and client service orientation with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and quickly absorbing product knowledge
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds

Experience
