Sephora seeks a full-time Sales and Service Leader in Beachwood, OH to lead retail teams, drive sales, and deliver outstanding client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to drive store sales and deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised consultations and product recommendations.
  • Coach, mentor and develop store team members; provide regular feedback, training and performance coaching to elevate skills and sales effectiveness.
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising standards and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes team engagement, adherence to Sephora standards and a positive client shopping experience.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives including product knowledge, loyalty program activation and brand campaigns.
  • Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service (3 years preferred).
  • Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client-facing presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and disseminate product knowledge quickly.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail-floor duties for extended periods.

Experience
