Sephora in Beachwood, OH seeks a Sales and Service Leader (full-time hourly $24–$31/hr) to lead the store team and elevate client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to inspire and coach store team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.
  • Drive customer engagement through product knowledge, personalized recommendations and active selling.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and career development to elevate individual and team performance.
  • Support onboarding, product training and execution of loyalty-program initiatives.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, store standards and loss-prevention measures.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure staffing coverage during peak retail hours, weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive and compliant shopping environment that reflects company policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrated team development outcomes.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a track record of delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements (30–40 hrs/week for full time).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine retail duties reliably and punctually.

Experience
