Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor to inspire and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and provide regular feedback to associates to develop product knowledge, selling skills and professional growth.
- Drive client engagement through personalized recommendations, loyalty program activation and elevated service standards.
- Support daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining company standards.
- Contribute to staffing and scheduling to ensure coverage during peak hours, nights, weekends and holiday periods.
- Promote an inclusive team culture that supports collaboration, openness and high performance while upholding company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments with proven team coaching ability.
- Demonstrated sales and client-service aptitude with the ability to drive performance through engagement and product expertise.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Availability to work variable retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for inventory and merchandising tasks.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service setting with a track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
Education
