Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and exceed sales objectives
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
  • Provide ongoing feedback and development to support team member growth and performance elevation
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
  • Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards maintenance
