Sephora in Austin (Sunset Valley Village) seeks a Sales and Service Leader — full-time, $26–$30/hr, lead the retail team and elevate client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor to drive client engagement, conversion, and average transaction value.
- Coach, develop and motivate the in-store team to deliver exceptional client service and meet individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver ongoing training on product knowledge, loyalty programs and brand initiatives; support onboarding of new hires.
- Oversee daily store operations including visual merchandising standards, inventory processes and loss prevention.
- Ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment that adheres to Sephora operational and safety policies.
- Support scheduling and staffing to meet peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and maintain required weekly hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail, hospitality or service experience, including at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn and disseminate product knowledge and brand initiatives.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain active retail duties.

Experience
Minimum three years of experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments, with at least two years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibility driving team performance and sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail or beauty-related certifications advantageous.
