Sephora in Austin (Barton Creek) seeks a Sales and Service Leader — full-time, $26–$34/hr — lead the retail team and deliver outstanding client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and Sephora standards.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members to elevate individual and store performance.
  • Drive sales through expert product knowledge, personalised recommendations and strong client engagement.
  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising and maintenance of store standards.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning on service excellence, loyalty programmes and brand initiatives.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that prioritises safety, punctuality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service (3+ years preferred).
  • Proven track record of coaching teams to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and available for peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
