Sephora Atlanta (Lenox Square) seeks a Sales and Service Leader — full-time hourly $24–$27.50/hr; lead teams and elevate client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modeling exceptional client service and sales behaviours to achieve individual and store targets.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate product knowledge, service delivery and commercial performance.
  • Drive client engagement through personalized consultations, loyalty program activation and expert product recommendations.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising standards and adherence to company policies and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives to ensure consistent execution of brand and service standards.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where team members feel empowered and accountable.
  • Maintain punctuality and schedule reliability; be available for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
  • Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable client engagement and upselling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly assimilate product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.

Experience
