Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and exceed sales goals
- Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and development to elevate performance
- Drive store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards maintenance
- Foster an inclusive, empowered team culture where openness and collaboration are celebrated
