Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the sales team by example to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet store targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop associates through ongoing feedback, product training and performance conversations.
  • Drive sales performance via strong client engagement, personalized recommendations and expert product knowledge.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives including loyalty programs and brand activations.
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory handling, visual merchandising and compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure punctuality, reliable scheduling coverage and availability during nights, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture that promotes openness and belonging.
  • Maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment by enforcing company policies and service standards.
  • Perform occasional physical tasks such as lifting and moving inventory (up to 50 pounds).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments; 3 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong client service and sales results.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for mentoring others.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting and quickly absorbing product knowledge.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience

At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing service environment; 3 years preferred.
