Sephora in Arlington, TX is hiring a Sales and Service Leader — full-time, hourly $24–$31/hr to lead the store team and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and sales behaviours.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to improve performance, product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Drive store sales and KPIs through personalised client recommendations, loyalty program activation and consultative selling.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures and compliance with company standards.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, ensuring the team is current on brand campaigns, product launches and service protocols.
- Create an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and a positive client experience.
- Manage scheduling expectations and maintain reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment (3+ years preferred).
- Proven ability to coach and develop associates to meet sales and service objectives.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent client experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to resolve client concerns professionally.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and consistent, punctual attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a related service environment; demonstrated success coaching teams and driving measurable sales results (3+ years preferred).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
