Sephora in Arcadia, CA is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (full-time) to lead store teams, coach associates and drive sales ($28–$32.20/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exemplary client service and driving a culture of high performance and inclusivity.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to associates to elevate individual and team sales performance and product expertise.
  • Drive client engagement through personalized recommendations, loyalty program activation, and service excellence to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising standards, loss prevention and general store upkeep.
  • Facilitate onboarding and continuous learning initiatives tied to product knowledge, brand activations and company service standards.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure coverage during peak periods (nights, weekends and holidays) and maintain reliable attendance standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
  • Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting and adapting quickly to new products and initiatives.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/active duties for extended periods.

Experience
