Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor to drive store performance, meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through regular feedback, training and performance conversations
- Foster strong client engagement through expert product knowledge, personalised recommendations and loyalty programme promotion
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
- Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure coverage during peak periods (nights, weekends and holidays) and uphold punctuality expectations
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture that supports team wellbeing and adherence to company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment; 3+ years preferred
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales and service objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning and sharing product knowledge quickly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with a track record of coaching teams and delivering measurable sales results; 3+ years preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
