Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to motivate and coach store teams to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.

  • Maintain flexible availability to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet scheduled hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing service environment.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and inspire frontline teams to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Strong client service and sales conversion skills with demonstrable product knowledge across beauty categories.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
