Sephora Sales and Service Leader, full-time position in Aiea, Hawaii—lead a retail team, drive client experiences, and coach for success. $26–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance and foster growth
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork where all team members feel empowered
- Execute daily operational procedures and uphold Sephora brand standards

Qualifications
