Sephora in Aiea, HI is hiring a Sales and Service Leader (full-time) to lead store teams and drive sales — $26–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and beauty expertise.
- Drive sales performance through active client engagement, personalized recommendations and conversion-focused coaching.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members; provide regular feedback and support onboarding and continuous learning.
- Execute daily store operations including inventory assistance, visual merchandising and maintenance of store standards.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that prioritizes employee empowerment and a positive client experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures to maintain an enjoyable shopping environment.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to cover peak retail hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to meet sales and service targets.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, targets-driven retail setting and quickly learning product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment with demonstrated success in coaching teams and achieving sales goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
