Sephora (SoHo, New York) seeks a Sales and Service Coordinator — full-time hourly role ($24–$27.50/hr) delivering exceptional client service and coordinating in-store events.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate in-store services and client-facing events, managing schedules to ensure seamless delivery and adequate team coverage.
  • Coach and support team members to elevate service skills, product knowledge and adoption of loyalty programmes.
  • Deliver personalised client consultations that contribute to daily sales targets and high client satisfaction.
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory control, cash handling, administrative tasks and adherence to store standards.
  • Support visual merchandising to maintain brand presentation and reflect promotional guidelines.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented culture and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Maintain punctuality and flexibility to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum required shifts.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing service roles.
  • Demonstrated passion for client service with strong coaching, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven retail environment with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge across the team.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
