Sephora Canada hiring Sales & Education Manager in Montreal to drive brand growth and team development. CAD$71,000–$85,000 + bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic quarterly business plans to drive Sephora Collection sales growth, analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement across the region
  • Implement customized in-store strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and key performance indicators
  • Facilitate daily training sessions to educate and inspire Beauty Advisors on new product launches, core products, and selling techniques while integrating brand and company initiatives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with in-store teams and leaders, collaborating on visual merchandising placements and brand positioning
  • Partner with Sephora Collection Field Leaders, Merchants, and business partners to identify and capitalize on in-store brand opportunities
  • Create and manage all scheduling calendars, oversee travel and expense management, and ensure timely completion of sales reporting and budget reconciliation
  • Plan and allocate freelance support hours to maximize business impact while maintaining budget discipline and providing coaching to support staff

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in education, training, or retail leadership within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); bilingual capability is essential
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire others through engaging training and education experiences
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to translate sales data and market insights into actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated experience building partnerships across teams and collaborating effectively in matrix organizations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using digital and AI-enabled tools in daily operations
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel up to 80% throughout the region
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends to support brand activations and events
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods
