Haus Labs is hiring a Sales & Education Manager, ANZ in Sydney — lead Sephora ANZ sales, training and retail strategy across Australia & New Zealand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the ANZ sales and education strategy to grow market share across Australia and New Zealand.
- Manage and deepen the partnership with Sephora ANZ, ensuring aligned promotional calendars, consistent in‑store presence and optimal retail execution.
- Design, adapt and deliver retail education programmes (virtual and in‑store) that elevate artistry, product knowledge and selling skills across Sephora stores.
- Identify high‑opportunity doors and regions; use data‑driven insights to prioritise activations, merchandising and conversion initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional coordination with global sales, education, marketing and supply teams to support launches, seasonal campaigns and localised go‑to‑market activity.
- Monitor retail performance and education ROI; contribute to forecasting, stock planning and reporting to regional and global leadership.
- Travel across Australia and New Zealand to deliver field training, audit execution and retail activations as required.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years' experience in sales and/or education within the prestige beauty sector, with demonstrable makeup category expertise.
- Proven track record managing relationships and driving revenue through luxury beauty retailers, ideally with direct Sephora ANZ experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales planning, forecasting and analysing retail performance.
- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable delivering training to diverse retail audiences.
- Highly organised, analytical, and able to translate global strategies into local activation; willingness to travel across the region.

7–10 years in sales and/or education roles within the prestige beauty industry, with proven success in retailer partnerships and retail education (Sephora ANZ experience strongly preferred).
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Beauty, or a related discipline preferred.
