Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the Sephora brand by welcoming customers, providing personalised consultations and building long‑term client relationships.
  • Drive in‑store sales through tailored product recommendations, cross‑selling and participation in commercial initiatives and sales challenges.
  • Deliver expert advice across make‑up, skincare and fragrance categories to create memorable customer experiences.
  • Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock presentation and compliance with store procedures.
  • Participate actively in store animations, promotions and the company’s structured alternance training programme to develop retail competencies.

Qualifications

  • Holder of a French Baccalaureate (vocational) specialised in sales and/or esthetics, or equivalent.
  • Eligible for and committed to an alternance (work‑study) contract while preparing a Bac+2 (or higher) diploma.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Motivation for retail and an active interest in beauty products and trends.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak commercial periods.

Experience
