Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in‑store client experience: warmly welcome customers, assess needs and provide personalised product and service recommendations.
• Drive sales performance by proposing appropriate Sephora products and services, converting interactions into purchases and fostering customer loyalty.
• Contribute to store presentation and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and an engaging retail environment.
• Participate in promotional activities, in‑store events and commercial challenges to support local sales objectives.
• Follow the alternance training curriculum, apply classroom learning on the sales floor and progressively develop retail and beauty expertise.
• Maintain basic stock handling, point‑of‑sale operations and clienteling activities to support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Baccalauréat (high‑school diploma) in sales, aesthetics/cosmetology or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Eligible for a French work‑study (alternance) contract and enrolled, or prepared to enroll, in a Bac+2 (or equivalent) work‑study program.
• Strong service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty products and customer satisfaction.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to embrace commercial challenges and learn on the job.
• Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.

Skills

Experience

Entry‑level (suitable for recent high‑school graduates). No prior professional experience required; previous retail or beauty sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

High‑school diploma (Baccalauréat) in sales or aesthetics; candidate must be enrolled in or eligible for a Bac+2 (or equivalent) work‑study program.
