Sephora seeks a Beauty Consultant to join its Reduta Warsaw location on a part-time basis (50%). The role encompasses product selection guidance tailored to client needs, active sales achievement, relationship-building through Sephora Attitude service standards, and merchandising excellence. The consultant will work flexible retail hours including select Saturdays and Sunday trading days.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend cosmetic products aligned with individual client needs and beauty concerns
- Drive active sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service delivery consistent with Sephora Attitude principles
- Maintain product displays, ensuring proper organization, cleanliness, and shelf replenishment

- Proven ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients
- Demonstrated experience in sales or customer service environments
- Genuine passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous product knowledge development
- Team collaboration skills with focus on collective goal achievement
