Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and serve all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing cordial and specialized service
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and suggest appropriate products and solutions
- Communicate detailed product knowledge to customers and stay current with beauty market trends
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and organization according to Sephora standards and procedures
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and manage cash handling responsibilities as assigned
- Participate actively and productively as a team member, fostering a pleasant and organized work environment
- Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules and seek additional professional development opportunities
- Support new team members through mentoring and assistance with consultant onboarding
- Monitor competitor activity and implement loss-prevention initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and company information and comply with LVMH Code of Ethics and Conduct
Qualifications
- Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
- Customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
