Sephora Sales Advisor position in Toulouse Portet, France. Full-time CDI role offering beauty consultation, sales, and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with genuine warmth and professionalism, positioning oneself as a trusted beauty ambassador for the Sephora brand
- Assess client skincare and makeup needs through active listening and consultation, recommending products and services tailored to individual requirements
- Drive sales performance by developing strong client relationships and converting consultations into transactions
- Participate in commercial animations and promotional events, demonstrating enthusiasm and contributing to team targets
- Create a memorable beauty experience that fosters customer loyalty and encourages repeat visits
- Maintain detailed product knowledge across all Sephora categories and communicate benefits with clarity and passion
