Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store inventory effectively.
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Adhere to Sephora's internal rules and procedures, including gift policies and employee card usage.
- Optimize functional actions such as price checks, deliveries, and promotional setups.
- Maintain organized and well-stocked storage areas.
- Contribute to reducing shrinkage through vigilance against theft and breakage.
- Follow basic merchandising principles.
- Report any anomalies such as broken tablets or defective lighting.
- Occasionally assist and guide customers within the store.
- Ensure smooth handover to Sales Advisors.
- Demonstrate versatility during peak periods, assisting with deliveries, cashier duties, and gift wrapping.

Experience
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
