Sephora Nantes — Sales Advisor (CDI 35h). Entry-level in-store beauty sales role with fixed + attractive variable pay.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a visible brand ambassador: welcome clients, deliver personalised product advice and cultivate long-term loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance through proactive product and service recommendations, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect Sephora’s standard of hospitality and wellbeing.
  • Participate in store events, promotional activations and commercial challenges to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product availability and support stock replenishment.
