Sephora Sales Advisor position in Le Havre, France. CDD contract, 35 hours weekly. Beauty retail role with competitive compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and authenticity, positioning oneself as a trusted beauty expert and brand ambassador
- Assess individual client needs and recommend Sephora products and services tailored to skincare, makeup, and wellness objectives
- Develop sales through consultative selling, converting customer inquiries into transactions whilst maintaining service excellence
- Participate actively in store animations, promotional events, and commercial challenges to drive revenue and brand visibility
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, loyalty program engagement, and personalized recommendations

Secondary education or equivalent; additional beauty or retail certification is advantageous.
