Sephora in Le Havre seeks a part-time Sales Advisor (CDD, 20h) to deliver beauty advice and drive sales in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly, deliver personalised beauty consultations and convert recommendations into sales.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives by promoting Sephora products and services and participating in commercial initiatives and in-store events.
- Create memorable client experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure stock replenishment and keep the sales floor and displays immaculate.
- Participate in team challenges, support promotional activations and take part in basic administrative tasks (cash handling, POS transactions).
Qualifications
- Customer-focused, enthusiastic and reactive with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborating within a team.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in beauty products and client advising.
- Availability for a fixed-term, part-time schedule (20 hours per week) over the advertised period.

Experience
Entry-level. No previous professional experience in beauty retail required; prior experience in sales, cosmetics or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
Education
Secondary-school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal beauty qualifications are a plus but not mandatory.
