Sephora Paris is hiring a Sales Advisor for full-time retail beauty sales and customer experience. Minimum 3 years experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Sephora brand ambassador, welcoming customers with attentiveness and professionalism
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored Sephora products and services to drive sales and satisfaction
- Create memorable beauty experiences that foster client loyalty and repeat business
- Participate actively in in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales challenges

- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
