Sephora — Sales Advisor (CDI 35h) in Créteil. On-site beauty retail role delivering expert advice, exceptional client experience and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Sephora brand by delivering welcoming, personalised and expert client care in-store.
- Advise clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance solutions; propose relevant products and Sephora services to drive sales and loyalty.
- Create memorable, sensory retail experiences that reflect the brand’s standards of hospitality and wellbeing.
- Achieve individual and store commercial targets; participate actively in in-store promotions, events and sales challenges.
- Support daily store operations including merchandising standards, stock replenishment, visual presentation and POS transactions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-service orientation with an ability to build rapport and retain clients.
- Strong commercial instinct with a track record or aptitude for converting advice into sales.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in France.

Experience
Entry-level. Candidates with some prior retail or customer-facing experience in beauty or luxury retail are welcome; formal experience is not mandatory.
Education
No formal higher-education requirement specified; secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent) is preferred.
