Sephora in Cannes is hiring a Sales Advisor (CDD, 35h/week) to deliver personalised beauty advice and drive store sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding welcome and personalised advice to customers, converting consultations into sales and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, cross-sell and upsell of products and services.
  • Create memorable in-store experiences by applying product knowledge, delivering beauty treatments or demonstrations when applicable, and participating in promotional events and commercial challenges.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation and stock levels are optimal, and support inventory and replenishment tasks.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, handle transactions and returns, and adhere to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to team briefings, share product and customer insights, and collaborate to sustain a high-performance retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic and responsive attitude with a commercial orientation and appetite for targets.

Experience
