Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador: welcome customers, deliver personalised consultations and convert advice into sales.
- Develop sales through active clienteling and by proposing Sephora products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Create memorable, high-quality customer experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in in-store events, promotions and commercial challenges to meet sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge across cosmetics, fragrance and beauty services; stay informed on launches and trends.
- Support store standards: merchandising, stock replenishment, housekeeping and POS/cash operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shop KPIs and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
