Sephora is hiring a Sales Advisor (CDD 35h) in Cognac, France — fixed-term beauty retail role focused on client advice and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a warm, professional welcome and personalised beauty advice to each client.
- Drive store sales through tailored product and service recommendations, upselling and cross-selling aligned with customer needs.
- Create memorable client experiences by offering treatments, demonstrations and attentive service to foster loyalty.
- Participate in store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to achieve individual and store targets.
- Maintain visual standards on the shop floor and ensure product presentation and stock levels support sales objectives.
