Sephora Paris (Forum des Halles) seeks a Sales Advisor (CDI, 35h): customer-facing role in store operations, stock management and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate management of store inventory: receive, inspect and process incoming merchandise.
- Maintain reserve areas and visual merchandising standards; implement price checks, product displays and promotional activations.
- Adhere rigorously to Sephora’s operational procedures and internal policies (e.g. employee card, gift procedures, dress code).
- Support loss-prevention efforts and report shrinkage, damages or anomalies (broken tablet, faulty lighting, etc.).
- Provide occasional client assistance on the shop floor and ensure smooth handover to dedicated Sales Advisors.
- Demonstrate operational versatility during peak periods (deliveries, till operation, gift wrapping).
