Sephora seeks a Sales Advisor in Amiens, France — permanent full-time role delivering beauty advice, clienteling and retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the Sephora brand by warmly welcoming customers, delivering expert product advice and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Drive store sales through tailored recommendations of products and services, effective upselling and achievement of individual and store targets.
- Create memorable customer experiences that combine service excellence and a sense of well-being, supporting initiatives that foster customer loyalty.
- Participate in store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to boost footfall and conversion.
