Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, assess needs and deliver personalised beauty consultations that convert into sales while maintaining brand standards.
  • Recommend Sephora products and services (makeup, skincare, fragrance) tailored to client profiles and promote loyalty programmes.
  • Create memorable in‑store experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and retention, including executing in-store animations and promotional events.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets; actively participate in commercial initiatives, daily challenges and KPI tracking.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish stock, manage inventory accuracy and ensure a flawless sales floor presentation.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale, process transactions and uphold loss‑prevention and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

  • Customer‑centric attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic and attentive to detail with a strong sense of service.
  • Team player with a commercial mindset and demonstrable ability to convert advice into sales.
  • Availability for a 35‑hour permanent contract (CDI) and flexibility for retail hours, weekends and promotional periods.
  • Prior experience in retail or beauty is advantageous but not mandatory for entry‑level applicants.
