Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-Time) position in Newmarket, Auckland. Inspire customers and drive sales with expert beauty knowledge.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service by understanding and addressing unique customer needs
- Educate customers on features and benefits of beauty products, fragrances, makeup, skincare, and CRM program offerings
- Create memorable experiences and emotional connections to build brand loyalty
- Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
- Contribute to store sales goals and promote Sephora's sales policies and procedures
- Support special events, promotions, and store-driven initiatives as required
- Attend in-store beauty training sessions and Sephora University Digital courses to expand product knowledge
- Share expertise and collaborate with team members to foster a supportive working environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or retail experience
- Strong knowledge of current beauty trends, products, fragrance, makeup, and skincare
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build authentic relationships with customers and colleagues
- Consistent and reliable attendance record
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and varying store hours as needed

Experience
