Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, deliver personalised beauty advice and build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Recommend Sephora products and services aligned with client needs, converting consultations into sales.
- Deliver memorable, high-quality customer experiences that reflect the brand’s standards of service and hospitality.
- Contribute to store commercial objectives by participating in promotions, in-store events and sales challenges.
- Support day‑to‑day store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining visual presentation.

Qualifications
- Baccalauréat focused on sales and/or aesthetics (or equivalent vocational qualification).
- Eligible and motivated to enrol in a Bac+2 (or higher) diploma via an apprenticeship (alternance).
- Strong client-service orientation and genuine interest in beauty products and trends.
- Team player with a positive, resilient attitude and willingness to meet commercial targets.

Entry-level: no previous professional experience required. Candidates with academic training in sales or aesthetics or prior retail exposure are welcome; a strong motivation for a career in beauty retail is essential.
