Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver personalised consultations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to build long‑term client relationships.
- Recommend and sell Sephora products and services to achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Create memorable in‑store experiences that reflect the brand’s standards of service and make each visit exceptional.
- Support store merchandising, visual presentation and stock replenishment to maintain brand aesthetics and product availability.
- Participate in promotional events, in‑store activations and commercial challenges; contribute proactively to team objectives.
- Follow the alternance training curriculum and apply learning on the sales floor under the supervision of store leaders.
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate (secondary school diploma) with specialisation in sales or aesthetics or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Enrolment in a Bac+2 (or higher) programme delivered via alternance/apprenticeship for the duration of the contract.
- Strong customer service orientation, commercial drive and a genuine interest in beauty products and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a retail team and to perform in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Entry‑level role suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience; ideal for recent baccalaureate graduates wishing to train on the job in beauty retail through an alternance programme.
Education
Baccalaureate (preferably in sales or aesthetics) and acceptance onto a Bac+2 (or higher) alternance/apprenticeship curriculum.
