Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, deliver personalised product advice and build long-term client relationships to maximise satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop sales through active recommendation of Sephora products and services, meeting individual and store commercial targets.
- Create memorable in-store experiences by delivering expert demonstrations, beauty rituals and a high standard of visual merchandising.
- Support and take part in store activations, promotions and commercial challenges to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications
- Minimum baccalauréat (preferably in sales or esthetics/beauty) and eligibility for a Contrat d'alternance to prepare a Bac+2 (or higher) diploma.
- Strong service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction and commercial results.
- Team player with positive energy, resilience and a readiness to take on new challenges.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
