Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, build rapport and deliver personalised beauty advice to convert and retain clients.
- Recommend and sell Sephora products and services according to client needs, driving store sales and commercial objectives.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences that reflect the brand’s standards of hospitality and wellbeing.
- Participate in store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to boost traffic and engagement.
- Follow the apprenticeship training curriculum and apply learning on the shop floor to accelerate professional development.
- Assist with visual merchandising, product replenishment and basic stock management to maintain store presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets and maintain a positive, service-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) with a specialization in sales and/or aesthetics or equivalent.
- Candidate must be enrolled in, or willing to prepare for, a BAC+2 vocational diploma through the apprenticeship programme.
- Strong client-service orientation and a commercial mindset.
- Availability for retail schedules including weekends and peak trading periods.
